PHT 171- Imaging and Concepts in Photographic Media Arts

Covers best practices in imaging workflows, concept building, ideation, and steps in the creative process. Introduces students to working with multiple images in a series and as sequence. Provides students the opportunity to create and manipulate digital images and examine property-rights issues. Exposes students to a variety of software used for image organization, archiving, image editing, compositing, layer masking, the application of special effects, and outsourcing.
